Rock ‘n’ Roll
When you see something like this, you have to wonder whether it was an accident or someone did it on purpose! It certainly appears challenging to break into and set light to display a hand with the rock ‘n’ roll gesture, but how likely is it that those particular lights just happened to go out at the right time?
Alternatively, someone may have modified their hand’s appearance using black tape to resemble the “stop” hand doing the rock ‘n’ roll sign. It’s preferable than to make it appear like the hand only has its middle finger up!
