15. What a unique design
When going out to a restaurant, while the music, design and general atmosphere of the place is important, the most important part is the food. With this size of a “plate” (it’s barely even a bowl, not to mention a plate), the portion is so small, you can’t even enjoy the taste. We all know these fancy restaurants that serve small portions, but this is just outrageous.
We’re not paying for the unique design of the crockery, but for the food served inside it. It’s such a shame when going out to a restaurant makes you realize you better off cooking at home – that way, even if the food tastes bad, at least you won’t go to bed hungry.
