#3: Do Not Disturb
Many pet owners openly admit that their furry friend runs their household. No one is sure how it happens, but our beloved cats and dogs somehow infiltrate our household routines and eventually make us change our behaviors. Hey, it’s okay as long as no one’s complaining! This person shared how their family cat influences everyone’s behavior in the house.
If one of the family cats is sitting on your lap, you’re not allowed to get up. That’s just how it is. If you need to get up and grab something from the kitchen or living room, forget about it. You need to ask someone else to grab it for you. If a cat sits on you, you’re essentially nap-trapped until he or she decides that it’s time for both of you to get up. We don’t make the rules. The pets do.
