But if you think that’s just something silly they did in the past, think again! What about keto, paleo, intermittent fasting, or Whole30? Fad diets are still very much among us, and while some, in certain circumstances, may have some positive effects, the best option is always going to be to talk to your doctor about what would be best for you.
