Who Needs to Tie?

For shame! This person loathes having to put the twist tie back on the bread bag after opening it. Not a crime punishable by law, unfortunately. However, it is an offense to freshness and taste. What better way for your bread to go stale at a much faster rate than leaving the bag exposed to the elements?

We’ve all probably been guilty of this – either accidentally disposing of the twist tie to the bread bag or forgetting about it altogether. Then, we wonder why there’s mold growing on the bread two days after the fact. We’re no scientist, but nature simply ran its course. Protect the bread, folks. Keep that twist tie secure.
