Shoe tongues
Shoe tongues are intended to stay in the middle, between the laces, in their dedicated spot. So, why aren’t they doing that? Why do they start drifting to one side or the other? The explanation is that the shoes are made for a perfect foot, and if you are stepping the wrong way, have flat feet arches, or similar foot deformity. It will result in wrong shoe tongue aligning.

Don’t be discouraged, though; most of the people today don’t walk or step properly. The good news is that the condition can be improved by exercising.
