Not Another Diet
To Lexi and Danny, their new healthy eating habits were more than a diet; they were choices in a new way of life. To Lexi, dieting is something temporary, and she needed something long term, something she could stick to.
Instead of a thinking “diet”, Lexi was looking for something long-term and sustainable. Lexi said, “I started taking the foods I loved and making healthier versions so I no longer felt like I had to give up something or deprive [myself].”
