We don’t have to tell you how important it is to pay attention to your health. Speaking of health, there are many different ways to exercise and keep fit. For the majority of us, this means going outside or to the gym where you have to workout with other people. It’s not always fun but it’s the way of the commoners.
A few lucky folks, however, have the pleasure of owning a home gym. Now, imagine their horror when their treadmill at home suddenly breaks down and they have to do the unthinkable by having to run outside…with other human beings. Could there be anything worse?!
