Innovation at its worst

There are some meats that you can’t eat raw, and chicken is one of the worst offenders. Salmonella bacteria like to chill out in raw or undercooked chicken meat, so not cooking chicken all the way through means you’re in for a couple of weeks of stomach cramps.

However, this lady who posted her medium-rare chicken strips hasn’t gotten the memo. Not only does her dish look absolutely horrific, but she even questions why medium-rare chicken isn’t a thing! Salmonella is rarely fatal, but we wouldn’t want to push our luck. When asked if she’s afraid of salmonella, she says it’s impossible because she made chicken, not salmon. You can’t make that stuff up.
