November 11, 2014 by Kelly Davies 2 Comments

The Nigerian troops have failed to the mighty hands of Boko Haram once again. Reporting coming from Adamawa state has it that the insurgents have conquered Maiha Local Government Area of the state.

Nigerian Army source confirmed to journalists that Maiha has been captured today by the sects. He went further to say that many units were ordered to liberate ‘Mubi’ from Boko Haram’s captivity.

The units made a reconnaissance to surround ‘Mubi’ from many angles. But troops from temporary Army base in Maiha were ambushed this morning.

The troops advanced, but were once again ambushed. The most unfortunate thing came to be with the weaponry; the APC armoured carrier belonging to the troops jammed. It was gathered that reinforcement was stalled due to the crash of the helicopter conveying personnel.

These give the insurgents an advantage and they went killing scores, including a lieutenant colonel. So far, so many soldiers are missing.
