Known as an herb-stripper, this tool makes removing the herb part from the stem part much easier than doing it by hand. If you often cook with herbs, you know that stripping them from the stem is menial work that takes hours. If you’re not one to use a lot of fresh herbs, you likely know someone that does; this looks like it would make a great gift for a chef.
