Have you ever heard the term “kill it with fire”? Well, that term seems very fitting for this creepy, spiked, red item. As it turns out, setting it on fire may not be a very good idea. It seems this person randomly found this item in their garden, which makes me wonder how long they had been living in the home.

Similar to an electric collar, this device shocks anything that touches the spikes. It’s likely intended to ward off animals from eating growing vegetables in the garden. Or, cruelly, it could be used just to keep ground squirrels and other trespassers out of the yard. Either way, hopefully, the family dog doesn’t come across it by accident.
