Sleazy landlords
If you’re a female living alone, or with a bunch of your girlfriends, then letting someone into your home can be a delicate subject. You may feel vulnerable, and you’d expect your landlord to understand this. Unfortunately, not all landlords set the right tone in making their tenants feel comfortable.
Take, for example, this exchange between a landlord and his female tenant. Sure, he organized the microwave that was needed in a timely fashion. However, his follow-up message is hugely inappropriate, and would probably make the tenants a lot less likely to let him into their home.
