Tv culture today isn’t what it used to be. Today, with all the streaming services, you can watch whatever you want, whenever you want. Back in the 90s, you had to watch your show when it was on TV. If you missed the time slot, you missed the episode. Coming home from school and turning on the TV to watch your favorite cartoon was a different kind of excitement. And boy, the 90s were rife with top-tier cartoons.
