Cameron Diaz as Princess Fiona

USA Today

Cameron Diaz joined fellow superstars Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy in the incredibly successful Shrek film series. The beautiful blue-eyed blonde actress definitely did not resemble her animated character who happens to be a green ogre. Worldwide the Shrek series has grossed an astounding $3 billion! Yes, that’s a b, billion!

Would you kiss a frog?

Connected to India

While Diaz has had success in other films like The Holiday and Charlie’s Angels, the Shrek series helped propel her toward her $140 million net worth. Down to earth funny-girl Diaz fit seamlessly into her role as Princess Fiona. We feel like she’s the perfect actress to just totally rock playing a giant green character from a fairy tale. Diaz married musician Benji Madden in 2015, though she was once quoted saying, “I would kiss a frog even if there were no promise of a Prince Charming popping out of it. I love frogs. I’d lick him.”
