I’ll waste both our times
Scouring through used goods on social media marketplaces can be a frustrating experience. Sometimes, you’ll encounter choosing beggars who try to use an imaginary illness to justify low-ball offers. Or, if you’re super unlucky, you’ll meet someone who doesn’t have the slightest clue about what wasting time means.
The picture above shows a buyer interested in a 30-inch TV, but he was too late. After the seller let him know that the TV was no longer in his possession, the buyer attempted to alter the situation by offering $200 then $250, as if that would make the TV magically reappear. The frustrated buyer ends the conversation by warning the seller not to waste his time.
