In German, it’s übermorgen or uber-tomorrow!

Have you been wondering whether there’s a not-so-wordy way of saying “the day after tomorrow?” Well, there is. It’s overmorrow. If you want to sound like a pretentious know-it-all to your buddies, start using this term whenever possible. It’ll annoy everyone around you, and they’ll start avoiding you like the plague. It’s a win-win!

Overmorrow was a Middle English term that was used after the Norman conquest. It pretty much fell out of people’s daily vocab around the 15th century, and people began using the wordier version. However, if you visit Germany, you can use the word übermorgen, which is the same thing.
