Apology accepted

This Texas restaurant is sorry for being open. This is something we haven’t seen before, even in Texas. We’ve been trying to figure out if we’re missing anything in this sign, but it doesn’t seem like we’re the problem. Obviously, there is some kind of a mistake in this sign – why would they apologize for being open? Is their food really that bad?

The only reason a restaurant might apologize for being open is if they have really bad food and service, but nevertheless, this is a bad advertising strategy if you’re looking to increase your client-base. We said that Texas businesses know a thing or two about advertising, but after seeing this sign, we might need to take that back.
