30 Things That Will Most Likely Disappear With the Boomer Generation

Whoever wrote this little tidbit seems genuinely concerned about the prospect that smoking will continue its downward trend and never “pick up.” Oh no, how horrible that this phenomenon might actually end, the one whereby we slowly kill ourselves and everyone around us to line the pockets of tycoons.

Anyway, I don’t think that smoking is really even going to disappear entirely. Tobacco companies have been too good at marketing it despite the consumer’s judgment for long enough. I don’t see why their marketing strategies should be less effective on a younger generation of potential smokers.
