Whether it’s taking up Yoga, meditation or a new sport you need to do something just for you. Do something that you enjoy, something that you can do alone and something that you’ve always wanted to do. This is the year of you, and no one can love you like you.

It doesn’t even have to be taking up a new hobby… you could treat yourself to a bath once a week. The point is you need to do something for yourself. When you feel like you have tons of commitments that aren’t always for you, carve out some time to try a new hobby or pick up an old one. It can be anything from cooking to drawing or even reading a good book.
