Don’t Do That
This one does not even have to only relate to introverts. Showing up to someone’s house unannounced is unacceptable behavior. It definitely gets worse when the person is an introvert. As introverts, there is the mental and physical preparation we go through when someone says they’re coming over. I’m sorry, but showing up unannounced is simply rude.

An introvert’s home is their safe place. Their safe haven. The fact that one is allowed to visit means that you have been accepted into their lives. But when you decide that you can show up whenever, there is a possibility that right will be revoked. It doesn’t matter how friendly we are with you; prior notice is much needed and always appreciated.
