Pictures from Classic McDonald’s Restaurants from the 80s and 90s

December 6, 2015 by Veronica Phillips

Getting ready for Halloween

Nowadays, McDonald’s doesn’t really do anything special for the holiday. Either that or they don’t advertise. In the past, the fast-food chain made holidays even more enjoyable by releasing new toys that fit the season perfectly.

For example, McDonald’s had these trick-or-treat buckets that they sold every Halloween. It wasn’t uncommon for kids to have multiples of each, even if they never used them to trick or treat. In some places in the world, not even the packaging follows suit with the upcoming holidays. It really is a shame that we can’t give our children the ultimate kid-happy experience we had.
