Pictures from Classic McDonald’s Restaurants from the 80s and 90s

December 6, 2015 by Veronica Phillips

Dinosaurs hand puppets

Even though hand puppets are god-awful gifts, there is one exception. In 2000 when Disney released Dinosaurs in theaters, McDonald’s helped promote the video by giving away these awesome hand puppets in the shape of Dinosaur characters. These weren’t cheap plastic either. If you threw them at somebody, it would hurt.

Although the popularity of the movie was short-lived, these hand puppets remain one of the most memorable parts of the film. Your hand would get kind of sweaty inside of the puppet, and it would reek of plastic. Still, they were kind of entertaining until they ended up at the bottom of our toy chests.
