Idris of Tanzania wins Big Brother Hotshots

The much anticipated finale of Big Brother Africa (Hotshots) has come to pass on Sunday, 7 December, 2014, with Idris, the Tanzanian declared the winner.

The coveted show ended in a grand style as top artistes sing ‘cheers’ to both winner and viewers. Idris survived all evictions to claim the Big Brother Africa season 9.

Eight housemates: Sipe, Nhlanhla, Mackey 2, JJ, Idris, Mam’bea, Butterphly and Tayo — of 26 remained after 63 days.

They were evicted in this order: Butterphly and Mam’bea, JJ and Sipe, Nhlanhla and Macky2, leaving Idris and Tayo.

The last two contenders were feted with a burst of fireworks as they walked out of the Big Brother house for the last time.

Nigeria’s Tayo was one of the more controversial housemates, often engaged in war of words with his fellow housemates.

Artistes like MI with Bad Bele, put Idris in the best mood to think of what to do with his $300,000
