No Toilet Paper

In India, restaurants and cafés do not have the standard rolls of toilet paper waiting for you when you go to the bathroom. Instead, before and after your meal, there are specific rooms where you may wash your hands.

The popularity of the establishment determines the number of sinks available. There isn’t much demand for tissue or toilet paper since Indians eat with their hands. Keep in mind, however, that they utilize just their right hand to eat.
