Sweat Removes Toxins From the Body
Although sweat is mostly water, it also contains small amounts of urea, salt, carbohydrates, and proteins. However, we know that based on its composition alone, sweat cannot remove toxins such as heavy metals or drugs from our bodies.

Contrary to popular belief, sweat does not remove toxins from the body–this is the job of organs such as the liver, kidney, and intestines. Instead, sweat merely helps to maintain body temperature.
