When you work for a big corporation, certain things must be considered. One of the primary components of the job is to feel a part of the team and make sure that your clients are happy. There is a lot of pride connected with various franchises and how they represent themselves to the public.

Employees in the future must not only pass a computerized test on company norms, but they must also be exact in how they say hello to clients. Surely this question should be broader? The words “greeting” and “welcoming” are pretty similar, so why not urge your employees to pay attention to their customers?
