#24: Workplace Loyalty
Yes, I’m pretty sure this one hits the nail on the head. Workplace loyalty is probably a thing of the past. And I would encourage us to be sad about it if it wasn’t such a two-way street. In order for workers to be loyal to their work, they need to feel that the loyalty is reciprocated in the other direction.

Unfortunately, the economy is just a vastly different place than it once was, and that affects everything from the longevity of employment to relationships between bosses and employees to work satisfaction. At least we’ll be able to remain loyal to Friday afternoon work drinks, Christmas gifts, and office snack bars.
