To be perfectly honest, I thought this was some sort of shower drain cover. As it turns out, this plastic round object is actually used to arrange flowers. Flower arrangements can be large or small and often sticks or thin stakes are used along with bag-ties to keep them in place.

A plastic piece like this could be used to either keep an arrangement in place in a vase or even perhaps in the planning stages. If you’ve ever seen a kissing ball, you can imagine what it would be like to perfectly arrange flowers in a pattern. This piece could be laid over rounded Styrofoam to help you plan out a pattern.
