Did you know that little baby owls are called owlets? These small birds barely have any plumage and rely heavily on their parents for food and protection. Someone found this owlet while they were cleaning their garage. Instead of immediately flying away, the owlet chose to stay around for a while.
Be careful when coming near little birds like this owlet, since they can imprint on the people that take care of it. People that rescue these animals go through all sorts of precautions beforehand, including using camouflage. Sometimes, they even use owl puppets!
