Supposedly, according to some people, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should never be skipped. Well, that all depends on what you eat for breakfast. That saying only proves true if someone is eating relatively healthy foods. However, many Americans love to start their day with two of the most unhealthy breakfast treats: waffles and donuts.

We wish there was some way to eat donuts and waffles for breakfast every day without exercising, and we could all still lose weight! Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be too much of an option. At least waffles and donuts give you an instant sugar rush that may help jumpstart your day, if only temporarily.
