When he proposed to his second wife, Angelina Jolie, A-list actor Brad Pitt made sure the ring doesn’t cost more nor less than the diamond ring he gave to his first wife, actress Jennifer Aniston. He ended up creating a ring that is unique to Jolie’s personal style and taste – a 16-carat ring that cost around $500,000. Trying to avoid conflicts and awkwardness, Pitt says that it’s the exact same amount he spent on his ex-wife’s ring at the time.
It took Pitt a full year to perfect this ring together with the jeweler, according to a design he had created, and it was worth the effort – we haven’t seen a ring like this one yet. Their nuptials took place in their French chateau only with close family.
