Let’s end on one that’s kind of hilarious. When I was in school, people wearing furry tails was just not a thing. So I have no idea if people I went to school with would have done so if it had been an option, and if so, I’m not really sure how all of the students would have reacted.

But I’m betting it would have been similar to this: everyone just feels uncomfortable. It’s good to express yourself, but it’s also good to know when is and isn’t an appropriate moment to do so. Pick your battles, I guess, is what I’m saying. Or else you might make math class really weird for everyone else.
