8 Hours in Bed
They say you should get eight hours of sleep every night. However, that usually doesn’t include using your smartphone and coming up with fake scenarios in your head about what you should’ve said during that argument 15 years ago until 3 AM.
But what if you can’t sleep? Well, you should probably put your phone down, first of all. However, according to this person, getting eight hours of rest can be just as beneficial. As long as you’re in bed and thinking about trying to go to sleep, you may feel just as refreshed in the morning as if you were sleeping the entire time.
