Hidden dog
We make thousands of decisions every day based on assumptions, or things we think we know. We decide on how friendly a person will be by their facial expression, we work out whether a potential love interest is a possibility by a brief glance at their picture as we swipe. Life is short and assumptions are how we function.
Sometimes they’re completely off base, though, like in this example. As you read the story, I’m sure you were thinking that this guy seemed really weird, and you fully expected him to do something sleazy. Turns out, he just wanted to know that he wouldn’t get in trouble for having his dog with him. Which is really sweet, and not sleazy at all.
