Stay Sleepy
No one likes getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, but it happens to the best of us. Even if you go to the restroom right before bed, there’s a good chance you’ll wake up in the middle of the night with an urgent need to use the bathroom. And it only gets worse with time, so the older you are, the more often it might happen.
When we do wake up and decide to get out of bed and get it over with, we try to remain in a sleepy state of mind so that after we finish our business, we can go straight to bed and fall asleep as if nothing has happened. You know the feeling – you wander the halls of your house with closed eyes and try not to think of anything but remain sleepy.
