The zebroid
For our final interesting thing, we’re back with the natural world and its wonders. The zebroid is a curious little animal that results when a horse and a zebra are left in the same field together and have a little fling. Also called a zedonk, zorse, zebmule, or zonkey, and pretty much any name you want to have fun with I would think, this hybrid has striped legs and a solid colored body.
Usually, the zebroids are infertile, meaning they cannot go on to create some sort of equine master race, but the ones that do exist are seriously cute. They were even mentioned in Charles Darwin’s “Origin of the Species” in 1859 when he was discussing genetic theory, which makes them scientific royalty as far as we are concerned.
