Excuse Me, Lady, Where’s Your Face?
All right, recall how we said an image from before made us uncomfortable? We were incorrect. This one is ten times more frightening. Where’s the woman’s face in this photo? How did the artist create the optical illusion of a person punching a hole through her head?
You’ll need the blackest paint and the darkest backdrop imaginable to pull this off. If it weren’t for the slight “wrinkles” on the red areas of her head, we wouldn’t know where the hole ended and where she began. Her nonchalance about having a giant chasm in her head is amusing us.
