Lack of communication is the key to success
Sometimes, working in a huge company can be a huge bummer. This is especially true if you’re the go-to guy for everything. One employee had two higher-ups who relied on him for every task under the sun. The bosses knew of each other but very rarely communicated.
This is where the loophole fun begins. The employee knew that the bosses didn’t have the best communication. And if he was busy doing one boss’ job, the other would assume that to be the case. So, the employee wouldn’t heed any call, and both bosses assumed the employee was busy helping the other one out.
