103.7 FM

A while back, Kiss FM, a local radio station, came out with a rather controversial billboard that showed a photo of three kids next to the words “ugly kids” and nothing more. The billboard had many people baffled, and anyone who happened to pass it while driving, couldn’t help but wonder who was behind it, and some of them even expressed their concerns online.

As it turns out, there was a second part to the mysterious (and offensive) billboard. It said, “Ugly kids become DJs.” Apparently, the photos that appeared on the first billboard were childhood photos of the radio’s DJ’s. Although it turned out to be nothing but a teaser advertising campaign for the radio station, the billboard was highly criticized.
