Do You Find That Funny?
Being a court reporter sounds like such an interesting job. I’m sure it has its perks and its drawbacks, just like any other job, but it should be pretty exciting from time to time when you get to watch an interesting case unfold. As this person shared, you also get to witness quite a lot of ridiculous moments and funny conversations.
Like the one this person shared when the defendant – a murderer in a murder trial – giggled when the lawyer described his weapon as a “frying pan.” I’m not sure why he found that funny, but I bet it didn’t help out his case! Obviously, I’m not a lawyer, but I can’t imagine it makes you look good when you laugh or giggle during a murder trial…
