World’s largest tadpole?
We’re not entirely sure what this is a picture of, nor are we sure how the person who snapped this shot made it out alive. Robert Serrec, the photographer behind this image that has shocked people across the world for over 50 years, immortalized a mysterious underwater beast by snapping a quick shot before fleeing for his life.

The tadpole-like behemoth supposedly measures over 80 feet long. What’s even more shocking was that according to Robert, the beast was completely calm. Since then, there have been no other instances of the tadpole/eel creature popping up. This picture was taken in Australia, so maybe that explains it.
