The Barely-There Beard
Just like men, not all women’s beards are created equal. We already know that some women can grow enviably long, thick beards and mustaches, but most women in the world are somewhere in limbo between a bare face and a bearded one. This brings up an important question – at which point does a woman become a “bearded lady.”
You’ll be hard-pressed to find any woman without a single hair on her chin or any trace of fuzz above her upper lip. Even women with fine hair and bare arms or legs may be secretly battling pervasive tiny pubes sprouting from their faces. So where do we draw the line? Can we clearly define this phenomenon or is every woman on some sort of bearded lady spectrum?
