The Room is Starting to Get Packed With People…
The vast majority of people don’t give much thought to the question of how many people inhabit the Earth, much less to the question of which hemisphere they call home. The Northern Hemisphere, Eastern Hemisphere, Southern Hemisphere, and Western Hemisphere each makeup one-half of the Earth. Each hemisphere of the Earth is situated at a different latitude and longitude and is home to a different population than the other hemispheres.

Are you aware that the Northern hemisphere is home to the majority of the world’s population, which accounts for 90 per cent? Although substantial human populations can also be found in the other hemispheres, this figure is without precedent. Fortunately, there is a lot of open space in that region of the planet since we have no idea how all of those people could possibly live there.
