Check with Google beforehand
We already mentioned how an applicant was having trouble wrapping their head around how a company wanted 12 years of experience for a program that’s been out for half the amount of time. This person came across the exact same job listing but decided to voice their opinion toward the hiring company.

If this tweet holds even an ounce of truth, it should help us set the record straight. When a company published a job listing, they probably don’t run it past the related department beforehand. We’d expect this sort of silliness from small companies, but you, IBM? You should know better.
