We don’t know what we want
Compared to the other entry-level job postings from earlier, this one isn’t that bad. It’s not unreasonable to ask for one to three years of work experience from applicants for a low-level position, and anyone looking for such a job should expect as much.
However, you’ll notice the problem as you scroll farther down. On top of the one-to-three-year experience you have, you should have at least five years of experience in process managing under your belt. Make up your mind! Or are you just another company that’s looking to squeeze the finals remnants of humanity out of your employees?
