Good Name
What would be a good name for a church? Oh I know! “Little Hope,” because this is everything churches stand for. Don’t they see the irony in this name? It’s hard to miss, if you ask us. Can you think of someone that’s capable of picking out this name? They must be unaware of what the name suggests, otherwise they wouldn’t have stayed with it, but perhaps after printing out the sign, it was too late to change it.
What they probably meant is that the church is little, and not the hope – I sure hope their hope isn’t little! Otherwise, they miss the point of being a church. But funny church signs can be found anywhere, definitely not exclusively in Texas, and there are so many of them, they could make a topic for another gallery altogether.
