As she sat outside on her patio, the woman claimed to have heard screams and seen a weird animal. While it was still visible in the light, she grabbed her camera and took a photo. The animal was immediately given the name “Skunk Ape.” Nobody knew what she’d gotten until the police arrived. There have been some hypotheses put up as to what it may be.
