Over 30 people were reportedly killed by roadside bomb planted by Islamic insurgents in Adamawa State on Thursday Morning.
Eyewitnesses reported that the bomb went in a very busy area, a place where many people of Mubi come to transact one business or the other.
Among those killed by the roadside bomb were 5 military personnel, and hunters who are members of the Joint Task Force (JTF).

The Mararaba-Mubi area is said to be a stopover spot for people returning from different parts of the town.
It was not quite a long that two female suicide bombers blew themselves up in a busy market, killing scores.
In the light of events when captured towns are being liberated, the insurgents have taken to bombing and gun attacks.
