ISIL Second In Command Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, Killed In US Raid

ISIL second in command Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli and some of ISIL key leaders were Killed in a US raid on Thursday in Syria.

US Secretary of Defense Ash Carter said: “We have systematically eliminated ISIL’s cabinet, and killed several key ISIL terrorists.”

He served as a finance minister for the depraved group, and was a “well-known” terrorist within ISIL’s ranks.

Over the years he has been referred to under a number of different names, including Abd ar-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli and Abu Ala al-Afri.

Mr Carter added: “The removal of this ISIL leader will hamper the organisation’s ability to condict operations both inside and outside Iraq and Syria.”
